Return & Exchange Policy
As all our products are Made-to-Order, we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances. However, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Exchange Window: Requests for exchange can be raised within 7 days of order delivery.
2. Defective / Wrong Product:
- If the customer receives a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost.
- Exchange will be processed only after the product is received at our warehouse and passes Quality Check.
- Customers must share clear photos/videos of the product before handing it over to the courier partner.
3. Customer Preference Exchange (Non-Defective Product):
- If the product is not defective but the customer wishes to exchange, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
- In this case, a shipping charge of ₹200 will be borne by the customer.
4. Product Condition for Exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items failing Quality Check will not be accepted for exchange.
Refund Policy
Since all products are Made-to-Order, we do not process refunds. Exchanges are the only resolution provided as per policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
- If a wrong/damaged product is received, the customer may raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
Important Points to Note
- Customers are advised to check the Size Guide before placing an order.
- The color of the product may vary slightly due to different screen resolutions.
- Please provide your WhatsApp registered number for timely updates and better service.
- If you receive a torn parcel / unrelated product / empty parcel, kindly raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. We strongly recommend creating an unboxing video for security purposes.
