Return & Exchange Policy

As all our products are Made-to-Order, we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances. However, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Exchange Window: Requests for exchange can be raised within 7 days of order delivery.

2. Defective / Wrong Product:

  • If the customer receives a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost.
  • Exchange will be processed only after the product is received at our warehouse and passes Quality Check.
  • Customers must share clear photos/videos of the product before handing it over to the courier partner.

3. Customer Preference Exchange (Non-Defective Product):

  • If the product is not defective but the customer wishes to exchange, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
  • In this case, a shipping charge of ₹200 will be borne by the customer.

     

4. Product Condition for Exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items failing Quality Check will not be accepted for exchange.

Refund Policy

Since all products are Made-to-Order, we do not process refunds. Exchanges are the only resolution provided as per policy.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  2. Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
  3. If a wrong/damaged product is received, the customer may raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

Important Points to Note

  • Customers are advised to check the Size Guide before placing an order.
  • The color of the product may vary slightly due to different screen resolutions.
  • Please provide your WhatsApp registered number for timely updates and better service.
  • If you receive a torn parcel / unrelated product / empty parcel, kindly raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. We strongly recommend creating an unboxing video for security purposes.
